Delivery information
We deliver across the UK only.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the item and your location, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm it by email and send tracking info when it’s on the way.
  • If your order is delayed or something seems off, just contact us — we’ll help you track it down.

Delivery charges
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Sometimes we offer free delivery on certain items or order sizes — we’ll make that clear before you pay.

Click & collect or drop-off options
If you’re near one of our locations, you might be able to collect your order or drop off a repair in person. Check with us before coming by.

Returning a product
If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them — as long as they’re unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  • Once we approve the return, we’ll explain how to send it back or drop it off.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

What can’t be returned

  • Used or damaged devices (unless faulty)
  • Personalised or special-order items
  • Repaired devices, unless there’s a fault related to the repair

If something arrives damaged or faulty
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos if you can. If the fault is on us, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Returns for repairs
If your repaired device isn’t working right, email us. Most repairs come with a limited warranty, and if it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it. If the issue is unrelated, new, or caused by accidental damage, it may not be covered — but we’ll still help however we can.

You’re responsible for the item until we receive it
Please pack returns securely and use tracked delivery when sending items back. We can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
